We offer free shipping across India. For international deliveries, the fee will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
In case you need to return your purchase, please write to us at contact@iamsaltpetre.com We will arrange a pick up from your address. You can return your items within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. We accept products only in unused condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to not accept returns in case product is found to be used or damaged.
If you wish to exchange something, please return the original product(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Our return policy will be applicable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email confirming your refund.
